Perk Cards

Perk cards in Halloween: The Game
Quick Answer

Perk Cards are the official loadout system for the Hero side. Verified (official): completing matches gives you perk points, which you spend to roll for perk cards; spending more improves the odds of higher-rarity cards. Collected cards form decks equipped to civilian loadouts, and you can spend perk points to temporarily upgrade owned cards for a set number of matches. The exact card pool and boost values are Needs verification — no card is listed here.

What Perk Cards Are

Verified (official): the perk-card system is the civilian loadout layer of progression. Perk cards provide varying levels of gameplay boosts and are collected into decks. Decks equip to civilian loadouts alongside the four level tracks (profile, killer, civilian and weapon). Card rarity exists and shapes how strong a card is; higher-rarity cards are harder to roll.

Perk Points & Rolling

Verified (official): you earn perk points by completing matches, and you spend them to roll for perk cards. The more points you spend on a roll, the better your odds of receiving a higher-rarity card. Exact point gains per match, roll costs and rarity odds are Needs verification.

Cards, Decks & Upgrades

Verified (official): collected cards form decks, and decks equip to civilian loadouts. You can spend perk points to temporarily upgrade an owned card for a set number of matches. Deck size, loadout slots, upgrade cost and upgrade duration are Needs verification.

How Cards Unlock

The full unlock map is not published. Verified ties: perk points come from matches, and spending more improves rarity odds; the relationship between leveling and card access beyond that is Needs verification. This guide will not extrapolate a card list or meta.

Perk Cards vs. XP and Leveling

Perk cards are a loadout layer, not a fifth level track: the four confirmed tracks are profile, killer, civilian and weapon. See XP & Leveling for the leveling loop. Treat "best perk" tier lists on other sites carefully — with no verified card values, tier lists cannot be grounded in the current build.

FAQ

Are perk cards the same as abilities?

No. Perk cards configure civilian loadouts; Michael's abilities (Shape Jump, Killer Sense and the rest) are a separate system.

How do I get higher-rarity cards?

Verified (official): spend more perk points on a roll to improve the odds of higher-rarity cards. Exact odds are not published.

Do perk cards work in story mode?

Not confirmed. Story mode is played as Michael; perk cards are described for the civilian loadout side.
